In collaboration with Limass Design Group, Prof. Lina Achmad and Prof. Marco Sosa
and violinist and composer Angela Rossel who composed a soundscape for the installation
which will be performed on the Friday 9th at 18.00 h.
A walkable structure which consist of decommissioned aircraft interiors was constructed
in Abu Dhabi, and photorgaphed by Prof. Marco Sosa.
An installation that that explores the boundries between past and present, flight
and standstill. An archive of materials and memories, a "thinking space" – the experience
of flying – scattered in fragmented, symbolically charged artefacts of aircraft interiors .
The installation creates a space where the boundries between past, present and future are blurred.
A space to reflect on your identity and relationship to the world.
